Return & Refund Policy

How to Return an Item:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, in the wrong size, or different from what was shown in the product images, you can easily return it to: 4290 N Emerson Ave, Fresno, CA 93705, USA.

At Nunateeco, we aim to make every return or refund process as quick and stress-free as possible.

Return Guidelines:

– If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. A prepaid shipping label will be provided.
– For other returns or exchanges, please contact us within 30 days. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories. You can initiate your return through our website or by emailing our support team.
– Please note: Personalized, custom-made, or final-sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. For non-defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

For defective products reported after the 30-day return window, we can offer repair or replacement solutions.

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order enters production, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

If you have not yet received your refund, please double-check your bank account, then contact your credit card provider or financial institution. If you still need assistance, please email us at contact.nunateeco@gmail.com.

Sale Items:

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

Gift Returns:

If the returned product was marked as a gift, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item. If the item was not purchased as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

Shipping for Returns:

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service for added security. Ensure the product is properly packaged and includes the original invoice. Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
